We held a number of webinars dedicated to modern tools for control, analytics, and business automation.
As part of the series, three practical online sessions were held on MEGACOUNT, AKINSOFT, and Bitrix24 solutions. Participants learned how digital tools help manage sales, customers, inventory, tasks, and internal processes more effectively.
During the MEGACOUNT session, we discussed how a visitor counting system helps track real customer traffic, evaluate conversion rates, and make management decisions based on accurate data.
During the AKINSOFT webinar, we reviewed the capabilities of the ERP system for bringing sales, inventory, cash register operations, accounting, and finance together in a single workspace. We also demonstrated how to install the free version of the system and get started.
The final online session was dedicated to Bitrix24. Participants explored how the platform helps organize customer relations, automate processes, manage tasks, and monitor team performance. The first steps for installing and setting up the free version were also demonstrated.
The webinar series was useful for business owners, heads of sales departments, administrators and store managers, as well as specialists responsible for customers, accounting, inventory, and internal business processes.
