What you will do:
- Set up and launch accounting systems on the client’s side
- Train the client’s employees to work with the company’s products
- Provide post-implementation support to clients: consultations and assistance in standard and non-standard situations
- Travel to clients’ offices – part of the work will take place on the client’s territory

What we are looking for:
Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian and Turkmen
- Confident computer skills: proficiency in office applications and ability to navigate unfamiliar systems
- Basic understanding of financial, accounting, or management accounting
- Ability to understand the client’s business processes and adapt to them
- Strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills – a significant part of the job involves direct interaction with people
Will be a plus:
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, or any accounting systems
- Experience in accounting, finance, or operational accounting
- Higher education in economics, IT, or management
Probation period:
- Duration: 2 months
- During this time, you will complete training on the company’s products, participate in system implementations alongside a mentor, and perform your first independent tasks on real projects.
