Client & Project Goal

«Mäkäm Mebel» is a company in Turkmenistan engaged in retail and wholesale sales of furniture fittings, components, and accessories for furniture production and assembly.

Before the Bitrix24 implementation, the company’s workflows were spread across messengers, email, phone calls, and paper documents. As a result, information was lost, tasks were duplicated, approvals took a long time, and employees from different retail locations did not have a unified workspace.

«Arassa Nusga» carried out the following stages:

  • Implemented the Bitrix24 corporate portal to unite employees from the head office and retail locations in a single system.
  • Organized task creation, assignment, and control with responsible persons, deadlines, and transparent execution statuses.
  • Reduced the number of long meetings by using video calls, work chats, and a unified communication space.
  • Moved HR document workflow to an electronic format with automatic order generation and document approval inside Bitrix24.
  • Configured a CRM scenario for preparing, approving, and signing HR documents by the company director.

Project Result

«Arassa Nusga» successfully completed the assigned tasks:

  • Implemented the Bitrix24 corporate portal, which united employees from the head office and retail locations in one workspace.
  • Configured a task management system that allows the team to see current assignments, responsible persons, deadlines, and completion statuses.
  • Organized internal communication through Bitrix24: chats, notifications, and video calls for efficient interaction between employees.
  • Configured electronic HR document workflow through CRM: creating orders, sending them for approval to the director, and signing or rejecting the documents.
  • Created the “HR Document Workflow” CRM pipeline and configured document templates: employment order, technical training order, and employee transfer order to another store.
  • Automated the document generation process: the system creates a document from a template, sends it for approval, generates a signed PDF version, and notifies the responsible employee.
  • Conducted training for the Bitrix24 administrator and company employees so they can work independently with the portal.
