The project task was to develop an internal platform for the daily operations of the dry cleaning business: item intake, price calculation, tag printing, payments, order handover, claims handling, inventory management, and reporting.
Before the project, some processes were handled through separate tools: spreadsheets, paper receipts, and internal logs. This format covered the basic needs, but made it harder to control orders, payments, materials, and processing statuses.
The goal was to bring the main operations into one system, simplify the work of employees during shifts, reduce the risk of errors, and give management quick access to operational data. The platform also had to support different employee roles and the ability to scale to multiple branches.
We developed a web platform that brought the daily processes of the dry cleaning business into a single workspace. Employees received a clear tool for managing orders, serving customers, and controlling internal operations, while management gained a more transparent view of the business.
