We are looking for a Project Department Assistant who is eager to grow in sales and project management. We will train you, provide all the necessary tools, and give you real projects to work on.
What you will do:
- Communicate with clients: clarify information, collect materials, and pass tasks to the team
- Lead the client from the first contact until the project starts
- Participate in initial consultations and help identify the client’s needs
- Manage basic project documentation: briefs, terms of reference (TOR), commercial proposals (CP), checklists, and meeting protocols
- Update statuses in the CRM and task trackers (we use Bitrix24)
- Coordinate tasks with the technical team
- Monitor deadlines and remind project participants
- Gradually take on project manager functions: briefing, task setting, tracking deadlines and statuses

What we are looking for:
Required:
- Strong organizational skills: ability to meet deadlines and structure information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian and Turkmen
- Ability to listen to the client and clearly formulate tasks
- Strong desire to develop in IT and project management
Will be a plus:
- Experience in sales, especially in IT or B2B
- Education in management, IT, or marketing
- Basic understanding of how websites, applications, ERP/CRM systems work, or willingness to learn quickly
Probation period:
- Duration: 2 months
- During this period, you will complete training on the sales funnel, products, and processes, start working on real projects alongside a mentor, and jointly close at least one project.
