What you will be doing:
- Actively search for and attract new clients
- Organize and conduct meetings at the level of C-level executives / first persons of companies
- Participate in initial consultations, identify needs
- Assist in preparing commercial proposals and calculations
- Coordinate tasks with the technical team
- Lead the client from the first contact to project kick-off
What is important to us:
- Experience in sales, preferably in IT or B2B
- Communication skills: listening, identifying pain points, presenting solutions
- Fluency in Russian and Turkmen languages — both spoken and written must be literate and confident
- Desire to develop in the IT field
- Ability to truly hear the client and formulate a solution to their problem
- Self-organization, responsibility, and strong growth mindset

Probationary period:
- Duration: 2 months
