What you will be doing:

  • Actively search for and attract new clients
  • Organize and conduct meetings at the level of C-level executives / first persons of companies
  • Participate in initial consultations, identify needs
  • Assist in preparing commercial proposals and calculations
  • Coordinate tasks with the technical team
  • Lead the client from the first contact to project kick-off

What is important to us:

  • Experience in sales, preferably in IT or B2B
  • Communication skills: listening, identifying pain points, presenting solutions
  • Fluency in Russian and Turkmen languages — both spoken and written must be literate and confident
  • Desire to develop in the IT field
  • Ability to truly hear the client and formulate a solution to their problem
  • Self-organization, responsibility, and strong growth mindset
