We’re currently seeking a Project Department Assistant eager to grow in sales and project management. We’ll provide training, tools, and real projects to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do:
- Communicate with clients: clarify details, gather materials, and relay tasks to the team.
- Guide clients from initial contact to project kickoff.
- Participate in initial consultations to identify client needs.
- Manage basic documentation: briefs, technical specs, proposals, checklists, and meeting notes.
- Update statuses in CRM or task trackers (we use Bitrix24).
- Coordinate tasks with the technical team.
- Monitor deadlines and send reminders to project participants.
- Gradually take on manager-level responsibilities (briefing, task setting, tracking deadlines and statuses).

Must-Haves:
- Strong organizational skills: meeting deadlines and structuring information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in Russian and Turkmen).

Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in sales, ideally in IT or B2B.
- Education in management, IT, or marketing.
- Basic understanding of websites, apps, or ERP/CRM systems—or willingness to learn quickly.
Probation Period:
- Duration: 2 months.
- Goals: Complete training on sales funnels, products, and services; start managing small projects; successfully close at least one project with a mentor.
